Hello! I’m glad you’re here. My name is Tony Tepedino, and I understand that everyday life can be a whirlwind of emotions, challenges, and transformations. You might be feeling overwhelmed with the pressure to make significant life decisions, navigating complex relationships, or managing the expectations of those around you. You might also be dealing with past experiences that have left a lasting impact on how you see yourself and the world.
My role as your therapist is to help you work towards becoming the best version of yourself and overcoming the obstacles that are preventing you from getting there. I bring a unique perspective to my practice, having spent over 25 years as an educator and eventually serving as the Dean of Student Life. This experience has given me deep insights into the struggles that students, teachers, and parents face, allowing me to approach therapy with empathy and understanding.I believe in a holistic, integrated approach to therapy, incorporating techniques from positive psychology, Self-Determination Theory, cognitive behavioral therapy, Schema Therapy, new habit formation, the science of happiness, restorative practices, non-violent communication, physical wellness, and mindfulness. I also have experience working with individuals on ADHD strategies.
I enjoy working with adults and young people aged 16 and up, focusing on areas such as anxiety, depression, life coaching, life transitions, life satisfaction, self-awareness,
metacognition, relationship work, ADHD support, processing trauma, and PTSD.
