Life is an adventure. Sometimes there are high mountains to climb, rough waters swim, or dragons to tame, but you don’t have to face them alone.
Hello and welcome, my name is Taylor Lee Spragge (she/her), I am grateful to be a part of Quiet Mind Therapy Services.
I’m here because I know what it’s like to feel like you’re drowning. My goal as a therapist is to provide a place where people can step out of the storm and breathe.
Working with adults, my approach is nonjudgmental and empowering. I use trauma-informed and a harm reduction framework, at a client led pace. This means I will not expect you to “dive right in” and share your deepest fears or darkest secrets minutes after meeting me. There’s no pressure here. Whatever your focus is, that’s where we start. Think of therapy like a collaborative pause. This is a place to reflect, to get to know yourself, and build on your strengths with someone you trust.
I’m a visual learner so I tend to bring models or drawings into sessions to show clients what I mean when I talk about brain chemistry, common patterns of behavior, or teach coping skills that can help target specific things like repetitive thoughts or impulse control.
Using psychoeducation in conjunction with mindfulness techniques, I utilize narrative therapy, motivational interviewing, and cognitive behavioral therapy to help people gain self-awareness skills and foster resilience that can help in the present, and in the future. I also provide Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy services in partnership with Journey Clinical. I am honored to walk this journey with you.
