Hello and welcome! If you’ve landed here, you’ve taken the first step in seeking support for yourself or a loved one, and that effort should be celebrated. The idea of sharing details about personal lives with a stranger can be scary. Many people make the choice to connect with a trained therapist and end up finding value in having an unbiased person outside of their friend/family group listen, validate, and share helpful strategies. I find great meaning in being able to partner with people as they move closer towards healing and growth.
I specialize in working with adults navigating anxiety, life transitions, pregnancy, post partum and/or parenting. I utilize an eclectic approach and pull from training in different evidence based and person centered therapy modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), CBT for Anxiety, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Trauma-Focused CBT, and Motivational Interviewing.
My approach is gentle yet direct, and I strive to provide an emotionally safe and comfortable space for individuals to show up and be accepted as their true authentic selves. In my free time I enjoy having fun with family and friends, running, and exploring local parks and trails.
