If you are feeling overwhelmed, anxious, depressed or just not like
yourself, you don’t have to navigate this alone. My name is Matt, and I am so glad you have taken the step to reach out for support. My goal is to provide a safe, compassionate space to collaborate and help you find the tools and strength to grow and heal to become a healthier version of yourself. I use a person-centered, trauma-informed approach that allows me to cater to the needs of each individual I meet. I have experience in cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), motivational interviewing, dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) and use each method based on an individual’s goals and comfort level. My goal is to provide a personalized approach that helps an individual not just overcome their challenges but also feel like they have strategies and confidence to move forward.
I have experience working with teens and adults, and with both mental health and substance use challenges. I have worked in a school setting in the Greece district and also in an outpatient clinic capacity.
