I am skilled at providing many interventions that work! Both my mental health clinic experience and private practice experience have allowed me many opportunities to use various evidence based techniques with individuals, couples, and families that have been very successful in helping to achieve desired change. I work well with most, but am passionate about helping those with chronic illnesses (families and all age individuals), couples, grief and loss, trauma, anxiety, depression and coping with life transitions.
