With over 12 years of experience, I’m passionate about helping adults navigate challenges like anxiety, depression, trauma, and life transitions. I’ve worked extensively in outpatient mental health, offering individual, family, and group therapy.I’m here to support you on your journey, and I look forward to working together as you take these important steps toward healing.
