I am a graduate student at The Ohio State University’s Master of Social Work Program. My area of interests include grief, the future of psychedelic therapy, EMDR, Internal Family Systems, and Interpersonal Neurobiology. I work with individuals 18 and up, and will be learning and growing along side of you!
I believe that labels are social constructs that bind us and hold us stagnate into believing a narrow viewpoint about ourselves. Each of us are a spectrum of varying attributes and a label can not come close to capturing our essence. I take a holistic approach to healing, I focus on listening to understand, and then tailor the therapeutic approach to the individual’s goals. I bring with me over 20 years of experience working in the health and wellness industry as a coach, yoga instructor, Licensed Massage Therapist, and strength and conditioning specialist. Under the supervision and clinical support of Erin Weingart, LCSW-R, I can provide the space for you to overcome your obstacles, and to support you as you work towards your goals. I look forward to working you, reach out.
