Quiet Mind Therapy Services offers in person and virtual group therapy and support sessions in addition to individual therapy sessions. Currently, we are offering online and in person group therapy sessions. Most of our groups are $40 per session. When inquiring you will be informed of the cost of group.

BACK AGAIN: Healing From Trauma: This is a 12 week group for women who have experienced trauma in their lives. Using the book Healing From Trauma: A Survivor’s Guide, we will look at the neuroscience of trauma and how it effects the brain and body, learn skills for coping with the post traumatic experience, learn and understand grounding and empowerment strategies to take your life back! All group members will be screened by Erin Weingart LCSW-R, the group leader, to ensure the safety and appropriateness of group members. Limit of 6 participants. NEW! Girls Self Esteem Group: For girls ages 13-15 yo and 15-17yo. We will be utilizing the work of Kristen Neff, Ph.D : Self-Compassion: Stop Beating Yourself Up and Leave Insecurity Behind to help women process, grow and transform their relationship with self. Parenting your Teen with DBT Skills- Workshop: Come to our workshop to learn how to use DBT skills in your parenting to improve your relationship with your teen, to remain calm and effective and to model healthy behaviors! This workshop is great for all parents of teens AND “tweens”,especially for those who may have an emotionally sensitive teen, impulsive or a teen who has self-destructive behavior.
