Quiet Mind Therapy Services offers in person and virtual group therapy sessions in addition to individual therapy sessions. Currently during COVID-19, we are offering online group therapy sessions for $25 per week. We do not accept or bill any insurance companies for our group therapy services.
There are times in the course of your treatment when, depending on the nature of your struggle, you might benefit best from therapy by participating in group sessions rather than alone with one counselor. Sometimes it is helpful to work together, alongside others struggling with the same issue, for additional support and accountability to overcome a particularly challenging behavior pattern in your life.
