Quiet Mind Therapy Services offers in person, virtual group therapy and support sessions in addition to individual therapy sessions. Currently, we are offering online and in person group therapy sessions. 60 Minute groups are $40 and 75 minute groups are $45. When inquiring you will be informed of the cost of group.

Daughters of Emotionally Unavailable Mothers: This is an ongoing group for daughters ages 25+ who grew up with emotionally absent parents. The attachment wounds that this causes can be far reaching and life long. Often, relationships in adulthood are effected, and daughters struggle with anxiety, depression and expression of their own emotions. You are not alone. This group is a supportive and educational group which will explore boundaries, healing and re-parenting yourself and is trauma focused. Join Bennet Ockun, LCSW starting October 30 2025 from 6-7:15pm. A brief screening with Bennett is required to ensure appropriateness for the group. This group is $45 per week.
